Born in Aguililla Michoacán, Mexico, Rosa was brought to The Unites States when she was 10 years old. She lived in Tillamook Oregon for about 12 years, graduated from Tillamook high school and attended Tillamook Bay Community College. She previously worked for the community in Tillamook where she worked for the school district #9 and then was transferred to South Prairie Elementary School in the same district, where she worked with Title 1 and ELL for 2nd and 3rd graders. Recently moved to Warrenton Oregon, where she joined the Lower Columbia Hispanic Council (LCHC) team. Rosa is a member of the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) team, where she helps with Outreach and enrollment.
Rosa is a mother of one, and enjoys watching her son grow and learn new things every day. She also loves to spend time with her family. In her free time, Rosa likes to go hiking, and walking at the beach. She believes life is all about living life to the fullest.
